Breathwork w/Tina Bozic

Join Tina for a morning of conscious breath—a journey into the quieter places within.

Through intentional breathing, we begin to soften the noise of the thinking mind and drop into the body... into the spaces where old emotions, stories, and truths live.

This is an invitation to meet yourself—just as you are. To move stuck energy, to feel, to remember, and to come home to your body in a way that’s honest and kind.

We’ll work with the breath not to force or fix anything, but to listen. To give space to what’s been held in. In a world that often tells us to keep going, breathwork becomes a space to pause—to feel, to release, and to reconnect.

You’re in charge of your journey, and I’ll be there to hold the space with care.

About Tina

About Tina

TINA – She is a spaceholder for embodied healing — working with breath, sound, ritual, and somatic practices to guide you back to the wisdom of your body.

Rooted in a background in social work and trauma-informed care, her approach honors both the emotional and nervous system landscapes we navigate. Her work is grounded in nervous system literacy, emotional safety, and sacred presence.

Whether through retreats, 1:1 sessions, or intimate group journeys, she holds spaces where healing unfolds gently, intuitively — and always with respect for each person’s unique path.

Her path is not defined by one tradition, but by a devotion to wholeness. Her intention is not to teach, but to hold space. Not to fix, but to guide you home to yourself. Each offering is a ceremony of remembrance — of the body, of truth, of self.
