Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a quick, flowing style of yoga. Every class focuses on both healthy alignment and conscious breathing to keep you grounded both on the mat and off of it. We’ll also incorporate the building blocks of arm balances and inversions for yogis at every level of practice.
These classes are perfect for adventurous beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Monday evening is our most dynamic Vinyasa class.
Classes given in Portuguese and English with Lauren and in English with Tanya.
Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is a slower pace practice. Throughout the class, breath awareness takes the main stage, helping you to cultivate mindfulness and focus. The slower pace encourages self-study and introspection, allowing you to tap into your inner wisdom and find harmony - blend effort and ease. The transition from one posture to another is progressive, staying in poses is longer, allowing for using props and finding deeper alignment.
These classes are suitable for all levels and body types.

Embodied Flow
Embodied Flow is inspired by a gentle flow class, but guided by cues for nervous system regulation and a deeper connection to the body. Rather than adapting to strict alignment cues, you will be invited to explore a range of motion that feels supportive of your intentions for the class, making room for strength, flexibility, and mobility. Connect to both body and breath in a new way with Embodied Flow.
These classes are perfect for super beginners as well as seasoned yogis.
This class is in English and Portuguese.
Candlelight Yin
For this practice, our studio is lit only by candles. Yin yoga invites us to slow down and sink deeper into each pose. Working in concert with more active approaches to yoga, this patient practice invites stretch and hydration into our fascial networks, helping to improve mobility. And perhaps most beneficial to yin students, yin yoga offers stillness and internal reflection in our modern context of constant rush and activity.
This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

Flow to Yin
The purpose of Flow to Yin is to discover, through self-exploration and self-knowledge, a yoga practice that is less rigid, and more fluid and unique. Something that makes sense, that is welcoming and functional for you. The focus of this class will be on engaging dynamic movements that gradually lead you into deep relaxation.
These classes are perfect for super beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

Lunch Break
Lunch Break is a balanced class designed to fit into your midday schedule. It blends gentle, mindful movements with occasional challenges to build body awareness, strength, balance, and breath. It flows at a moderate pace—not too slow, not too fast—offering an energizing and accessible practice to reset your body and mind during the day.
These classes are perfect for super beginners as well as seasoned yogis.
