⚘ Uncaged: Embodied Rage Release for Women ⚘ w/Lauren Simonis

⚘ Uncaged ⚘

As women, we come from millennia of repression. Our voices were silenced while our rights were stripped away in the names of society, religion, and chastity. We were taught that our rage was unladylike—and what better tool to keep us in check?

But no more. The collective wave of feminine rage is rising. Can you feel it?

Sacred rage isn’t a violent eruption, destroying everything in its path. It is a deep, righteous reaction to injustice that, when harnessed, awakens our backbone and drives us into action. It fills us with grounded purpose and an unwillingness to stand for what has been tolerated too long.

Our reclamation of our divine rage is a reclaiming of our power. When we embrace rage, it illuminates the areas of our lives that we need to protect, it shows us how to take a stand, and empowers us to guard what is most sacred to us with ferocity.

Are you ready to stand in your purpose?

Our embodied journey will include:

  • A deep dive into the history of sacred rage, its suppression, and the imperative of its rebirth

  • Group sharing of the anger we hold

  • Somatic practices to release rage

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Soothing tea and snacks

Will you join me?

Uncaged is for you if you feel a voice inside you calling out YES to releasing your inner fire, to reconnecting with your power, to reclaiming the sacred rites of rage we have always deserved. Can you hear it? Click below to join us.

About Lauren Simonis

Hello, beautiful humans,

I’m Lauren, and I’ve been a yoga teacher for eight years, a facilitator for twenty, and a lover of all-female spaces my entire life. Nothing brings me more joy than the magic of women coming together and the profound sense of belonging and deep love that emerges.

My journey into embodiment practices began in 2021 after years of severe burnout and feeling entirely disconnected from myself and the world around me. From trauma-informed group facilitation and yoga teaching, my offerings have grown through one-on-one work with somatic healers, courses in embodied group work and nervous system regulation, and somatic educator training through the Somatic Institute for Women. My approach combines a passion for softness and rest with a deep connection to the wild and untamed that vibrates within us all.
