A heart-centered experience with Alejandra Ayerbe (@aleayerbeyogart) and Parina Andreeva (@healinghouse.pa) blending somatic yoga practice, mantras, and sound healing for deep emotional release and nervous system restoration.
What to expect:
Yoga + Somatic Movement
A gentle, mindful practice designed to release tension, reconnect with your body, and create space for energy to move freely. These movements help unwind the nervous system and dissolve patterns of physical and emotional holding.
Mantra Chanting & Voice Activation
You’ll be guided to explore your voice, not as a performance, but as a healing instrument. Mantras and free vocal expression help to unlock blocked emotions, calm the mind, and open the heart.
Sound Healing
Immerse yourself in a meditative soundscape with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments. The frequencies help restore balance, reduce stress, and bring clarity to the mind and body.
Tea, snacks, and time to integrate
🕊️ This is a safe and welcoming space — no experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and everyone is invited to bring an instrument and free the voice without fear — as a true messenger of the soul. 💖

About Alejandra
Alejandra Ayerbe, baby Koa's mother, is from Colombia and has been teaching yoga for 7 years. She lived on an island in Brazil where she completed her first international training in vinyasa yoga flow, followed by other studies in yin yoga, yoga for pregnant women, and postpartum recovery, as well as a specialization in yoga anatomy.
Every single one of Alejandra’s classes comes with a part of her, and carries with it pieces of her professors, masters, teachers, and the experiences she’s had. She truly believes in the philosophy of yoga practice and how it can touch the deepest fibers, generating self-observation, healing processes, but mainly kindness and acceptance. For this reason, the main purpose of every practice is to be used as a way to get closer to more hearts, taking all yoga lessons even further from the mat.
