Breathwork with Mariana

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath as a tool to regulate the nervous system, support emotional release and reconnect with yourself. Through conscious breathing, we can access deeper layers of awareness and clarity.

Join Mariana every Friday for a 1h15 breathwork experience at Cozy Yoga Studio. This session offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to the practice. While lighter than longer, more intense journeys, it still allows the breath to guide you exactly where you need to go.

We will work with conscious connected breathing, a technique that can activate both physical and emotional responses. For this reason, it’s important to arrive well-rested, hydrated, and without recent consumption of alcohol or recreational substances.

This practice is not recommended for people with certain conditions such as serious heart issues, epilepsy, or during pregnancy. If you have any medical or mental health concerns, please reach out before joining.

We close each session with a grounded integration, allowing your body and mind to fully absorb the experience.

This is a welcoming space for beginners and experienced breathers alike, whether it’s your first time or you simply want to deepen your practice, you’re invited to come and breathe with us.

About Mariana

Mariana is a yoga and tantra teacher, certified breathwork facilitator, and trauma-informed somatic coach in training. Her work weaves together breath, movement, and embodied practices to support a deeper connection to self.

She also facilitates retreats and women’s circles, creating spaces that are both nurturing and empowering. Her approach is rooted in the belief that these practices are about returning to yourself, your body, your truth, and your inner wisdom.

While she holds a deep passion for supporting women, her work is open to all who feel called to explore, grow, and reconnect.
