Winter Yin Yoga with Lauren

While a typical hatha/vinyasa class is about strength, power, and heat, yin yoga is a grounding practice where we seek to unite stillness with breath. In this workshop, we’ll cultivate deep stretch and bring awareness to the emotions that arise from it. With yin, we create balance from the usual active, rushing, goal-focused push of our lives and relax instead into a slow, intentional, and nurturing practice. Bolstered by pillows, blankets, and the support of blocks, we will welcome quiet, stillness, and acceptance.

Cost: 15€ for Cozy students, 20€ for new students
