Planting Seeds New Moon Circle w/Alejandra and Lau

Planting Seeds New Moon Circle

In this first New Moon of the Year the ground is fertile.

It’s not about rushing into goals.

It’s about grounding.

Learning how to regulate your nervous system, so your intentions come from clarity, not pressure.

We’ll open the heart with cacao, drop into meditation, and then create a visual image of your year - not from the mind, but from the body and the heart.

You may arrive with clear intentions and dreams already in mind — and you’re also invited to stay open. As you browse through magazines, images, words and textures, allow yourself to be guided by what calls your attention. Sometimes the most powerful visions are the ones we didn’t plan, but that quietly reveal themselves when we’re listening.

This is where your year begins.

Manifestation doesn’t start with vision; it starts with grounding.

About Alejandra

Alejandra Ayerbe, baby Koa's mother, is from Colombia and has been teaching yoga for 7 years. She lived on an island in Brazil where she completed her first international training in vinyasa yoga flow, followed by other studies in yin yoga, yoga for pregnant women, and postpartum recovery, as well as a specialization in yoga anatomy.

Every single one of Alejandra’s classes comes with a part of her, and carries with it pieces of her professors, masters, teachers, and the experiences she’s had. She truly believes in the philosophy of yoga practice and how it can touch the deepest fibers, generating self-observation, healing processes, but mainly kindness and acceptance. For this reason, the main purpose of every practice is to be used as a way to get closer to more hearts, taking all yoga lessons even further from the mat.
